Product Manager Planning

The first thing I did in my role as Product Manager was collecting all business processes and deadlines and combine them into one calendar. Since we use a cadenza of 4 weeks per sprint it repeats itself.

I see this calendar as a guideline. Not as solid deadlines. Every sprint is slightly different and IĀ use this calendar as an extra reminder during the sprint.

Important issues are:

  1. Testing issues
  2. Preparations issues
  3. Delivery
